PHARRELL WILLIAMS LISTS $17 MILLION BEVERLY HILLS MANSION

Pharrell Williams is putting his mansion on the market. The singer-producer extraordinaire has listed his Beverly Hills mega-mansion for $16,950,000. The 17,000-square-foot architectural estate sits on four acres with over 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The glass-enclosed property features resort-style living with indoor and outdoor koi ponds and waterfalls, a tennis court, and a massive grotto with swim-up bar. Behind the Mulholland Drive gates sits a 200-foot-long private driveway leading up to a motor court for over 30 cars. There are views for days, whether from the sprawling rooftop deck or bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
